Bamboo pricing:

Important: All prices are calculated from the dollar into EURO. Because of fluctuations on the exchange rates, actual pricing will be different. We update this pricelist regularly (~monthly). Please ask for a quote if you want a fixed price for a couple of days, or give us a call.

Commercial licency

A "Commercial" Licencese is

• 1 Bamboo installation for 1 server
• commercieal usage of the software.
• These licencies are ' perpetual' licencies, ie. unlimited usages and duration
• 12 months support and updates
• source code

Academic license

We also provide the academic licenses.  these licenses are only available for universities and other types of schools.

the "academic" license is:

• only valid for schools and universities
• 1 Bamboo installation for 1 server
• commercieal usage of the software.
• These licencies are ' perpetual' licencies, ie. unlimited usages and duration
• 12 months support and updates
• source code

Bamboo upgrades

Upgrading your software is easy, just install the new license.

an upgrade license already has 12 months of support and maintenance included. Within this maintenance period all upgrades and updates are free of charge.

Bamboo support + maintenance renewal

Bamboo can be updated or upgraded immidiately only if you have a valid maintenance contract.

Atlassian has very short development cycles. Every 2 to 6 weeks a new release is available. Therefore it is important to check new possibilities of your software regularly. Initially every new Bamboo license already has included support, updates and upgrades for 12 months.

After these 12 months of free support, you are kindly requested if you want to continue this maintanance and support. Pricing of this maintenance renewal is 50% of the new license fee. This renewal always is optional and can be renewed later (eg. 1 1/2 year after purchase of the license). However then you would not be able to call for support during this half year.

Included in such a maintenance renewal license are:

• legendary Atlassian support
• maintenance for another 12 months
• all new software releases that become available within this maintenance period.
