Why hosting of your software?
To use your Confluence applications (or other applications) within your company, to communicate with your customers and/or partners an instance that can be used via the internet is very hepfull.
Configuring a secured instance by yourself is not easy. Use our know-how and choose (together with us) the correct configuration.
We will do all the technical stuff so you can enjoy the benefits of the software knowing everything is running the way Atlassian intended to.
If something unforeseen happens, we will respond swiftly. Because of our know-how as Atlassian Premier Partner we are also very capable to assist you on the application level, not only at hosting level.

Server - Technical information
The server itself is a powerfull Intel i7-920 Quadcore, with 2 CPUs per server) . The servers are located in a computercenter with redundant UPS, modern clima control and are actively protected against a possible fire.
The servers are located in Europe (Nürnberg) so your are sure having the highes standards of privacy (geman standars are the highest in the world).
The connection to the internet uses a 1 GBit/s connection to the backbone.
This backbone is connected to multiple redundand 1 GBit/s connectionswith the internet. Every connection is secured with a firewall.
Availability
We offer an availability of 99% or better per calendar month.
Backup
All applications are backed up to a backupserver on a day by day base.
