The GreenHopper training course teaches attendees to improve their JIRA efficiency by creating, editing and scheduling issues faster. It covers the important product features such as the Planning, Task, Chart and Release Boards, and includes various tips on searching projects through Filters and Contexts, and reporting using burndown and value charts.

This is a combined course for end-users and administrators, and will include basic administration topics towards the end of the session.

Audience

This course assumes either prior participation in the JIRA Fundamentals training course, or extensive experience as an end-user of JIRA.

Additional Notes

All training courses are delivered as a 3 hour interactive web seminar using a teleconference service for audio. Our instructors demonstrate product concepts during the session using a set of PowerPoint slides and practical examples in the product itself. Prior to the session you will receive a PDF copy of the slides for note-taking, which will also be a great reference after the session.
