Bonfire pricing

A commercial/academic license entitles you to:

• Deploy a single instance of the sofware in a production environment on 1 server
• Unlimited projects and issues
• Perpetual usage of the application
• Software maintenance for 12 months - including all updates and online support (from Sydney, Australia and San Francisco, USA during local business hours)
• Full source code (under a developer source license which allows for broad customisation)

Licensing fees are quoted per number of 'active users'. e.g. An active user in JIRA is by definition any user account in the system with the "JIRA Users" global permission, i.e. anyone who can log in. Unlimited 'anonymous users' are permitted on all licenses.

An academic license is available for qualified educational and academic institutions (learn more).

Licenses and Upgrades

With a valid license you can download the software immediately from our website. You can even upgrade to newer versions as long as you have a valid maintenance. Software licenses entitle you to perpetual use and include 12 months maintenance of updates and support. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.

All non-free licenses includes 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for another 12 months at our discounted renewal prices.

Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.

An Academic license is available to. You are granted a 50% discount on all license pricing. There is also a community license available for free.
