How to use Ad hoc Workflows
After you install the plugin, you are ready to go! You can add/enable a workflow or start adding tasks. You can then look at the Activity or Workflow Reports.

Assign, Question and Approve
Dependent on others for answers? Send a question, get an approval or acknowledgement that someone is ready. With Ad hoc set up tasks, optionally assign date and type, and assign for yourself or for someone else to action.

Selecting existing workflows
New Ad hoc workflows can be based on an existing one. During set up of a new workflow, simply select one of the existing workflows made available to your space by your administrator:

Page Activity
Gain an understanding of all activities on a page and put into context the isolated activities a space.
Tasks Reports
View a complete list of tasks applied to pages and posts in a space.

Workflow Reports
View the current workflow state of each page or post in a space.
