a Tomcat Application Server is a perfect and cost effective solution for a hosted JIRA or Confluence environment for small collaborationteams of about 50 users and about 2000 issues or pages. This hosting is very acceptable for small to medium sized teams. a SSL-connection (https) is now possible (It needs to be ordered separately and we strongly suggest dooing this)
Limitations: It's not possible to allow direct access through ftp or ssh;
Installing additional software (such as Subversion or OpenLDAP) isn't possible.
Deliveries:
- Installation on one of our servers.
- Configuration of one web application (eg. Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, FishEye, Crucible, Contour, SVN).
- 2 Administrator hours are included, These will / can be used for updates and patches of your software, the installation of plugins etc.
- 50 GByte traffic per month
- 50 GByte disc capacity
- Definition of your own domain name. eg. www.yourcompany.nl/jira or jira.yourcompany.be are all allowed (as this name will be defined within your own nameserver).
- Phone support during normal business hours (i.e. 09:00 - 17:00 h).
- Daily backup to a separate backupserver.
