During a sprint, the GreenHopper task board is the central place for every developer to view the sprint backlog and indicate to the team what they are working on. For teams practising Kanban, add constraints to identify bottlenecks and eliminate wasted effort.
Setting up iterations
Typically, the Scrum Master creates a nested version for each sprint within a release. The version summary for each sprint displays the start and end dates, as well as all important statistics for the team to monitor. The version summary for the release aggregates statistics for all included sprints.
Set minimum and maximum values for any statistic indicating the teams capacity to assist with planning for that sprint. The collapsable version summary also provides quick links to the task and chart boards, statistical markers and a printable card summary for the sprint.
